飛天女(Hiten-nyo) sun” is produced in Usa City, Oita Prefecture. Located in the northeastern part of the Kyushu region.
This sake is made using white koji (Aspergillus kawachii), which is produced using a mutation of black koji(Aspergillus luchuensis) mold known as Aspergillus kawachii.

White koji
White koji generates a significant amount of citric acid. It has a refreshing citrus-like fruity aroma derived from citric acid. With an alcohol content of 13%, it is lower in alcohol than regular sake.
